Who is responsible for your data
3C Holding FZE (licence No. 4430465.01, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates) publishes this website under the 3C Shipping name and decides how the personal data collected through it is used. Questions and requests about your data: contact@3cshipping.ae.
What we collect and why
When you send a quote request through the form on the home page, or write to us by email, we receive the details you provide: company, name, business email, phone number, the description of your cargo and route, and your message. We use this information for one purpose: to answer your request and, if a business relationship follows, to carry it out.
We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
How the quote form works
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service that forwards your submission to our mailbox. FormSubmit processes the data only to deliver the message. Your browser also keeps a local draft of the form (in localStorage) so that you can resume an unfinished request; that draft never leaves your device and is deleted when the request is sent.
Cookies and audience measurement
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source of the visit. Nothing is measured until you agree: analytics storage is denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2). If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) with a lifetime of up to two years. We use no advertising cookies.
Your choice is stored in your browser only (localStorage) and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. The only other data stored in your browser is the local form draft described above.
Hosting
The website is hosted by AEserver FZE (Saif Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). The hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as needed to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure.
How long we keep your data
Quote requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business, then for the period required by applicable accounting and commercial regulations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by writing to contact@3cshipping.ae. We answer within a reasonable time and in any case within one month.
Changes
This policy may be updated when our services or the applicable rules change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
